Estimate requests

The form stores your contact information, project details, and optional files privately for Public Ready review. Resend sends a notification to Public Ready and a confirmation to the email you provide. Documents stay in private storage and are not attached to notification emails. Submitting does not begin a service engagement.

Supporting documents

Uploads are not published on the website or exposed through public download links. Do not upload sensitive customer records or production documents during preview review.

Saved drafts

The current estimate form does not automatically save new drafts on this device. A draft saved with the earlier form can be restored for up to seven days. Its contact details, address, and work description can be reused; attachments must be added again. A successful submission clears that earlier draft.

Private records and file review

The authorized site owner can review submitted records and download attachments. Attachments are checked by our authenticated scanner in Public Ready’s Google Cloud project. Files are processed in memory without application logging of document contents. Downloads stay blocked until a clean result is recorded. A clean scan does not guarantee that a document is safe. Marketing consent is optional and separate from project-contact consent. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Spam protection

When Google reCAPTCHA is configured, it evaluates submissions to help prevent abuse. Verification occurs when you submit. Google processes the verification under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Address suggestions

When Google Maps address suggestions are available, the address text you type is sent to Google as you search. Selecting a suggestion fills your project address; you may edit it or enter the address manually. Contact details, work descriptions, and files are not sent with address searches. Google processes searches under its Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms of Service. The selected address is retained with your request. Address suggestions do not establish road jurisdiction or permit requirements.

Video privacy

Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads only when you choose to play a video and is subject to YouTube’s own policies. We do not install advertising trackers. The video provider operates under its own policies.

Optional website analytics

Optional Vercel Web Analytics starts only after you accept it in the privacy choice panel. It helps us understand page visits, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device types using aggregated statistics. It does not use analytics cookies or record chat messages, form answers, names, contact details, or uploaded documents. Our analytics integration removes query strings and fragment identifiers from page URLs and sends only limited journey events after consent: educational-resource clicks, poster download clicks, phone and email link clicks, contact-page clicks, and estimate starts and successful completions. These events contain the public page path and, for resource and poster clicks, the destination page or file URL without query strings or fragments. Phone and email click events do not include the number or email address. They exclude form answers, contact details, chat context, reference numbers, and attachments. Your privacy choices

Accept or Decline optional analytics. Both options keep essential website features available. Your choice and the time it was made are saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days; no server-side consent profile is created. Use Privacy choices in any page’s footer to change your decision. Declining prevents future optional analytics events; it does not delete previously aggregated statistics. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. If this browser cannot save your preference, optional analytics remains off.

Ask Public Ready

Questions and the recent conversation context are sent to our server and, when AI answering is enabled, OpenAI to generate a response. Selected official agency pages may be retrieved to support answers. Chat questions are not included in visitor analytics. The visible conversation clears when you close the panel. Please omit sensitive customer information. To limit abuse and AI usage, the site stores request reservations with timestamps and a rotating keyed hash of the network address in private storage; it does not store the raw address or chat text in those reservations.

Future opportunities

If you submit the careers interest form, Public Ready stores your contact information, selected interests and availability, background, consent, and any supporting files privately for owner review. The retention and future-contact consent is required to submit this interest form. A confirmation and reference number appear after successful submission. A confirmation email is submitted through Resend to the email you provide. A notification is sent to Public Ready’s careers inbox.

Retention

Submitted project and careers records and supporting documents are retained until Public Ready decides they are no longer needed. No automatic deletion deadline is currently configured. Contact Public Ready to ask about your submitted information.
