Pricing questions.
Clear answers.

These starting prices cover Traffic Control Plans. For permitting, Temporary No Parking, or project management, request a service-specific estimate.

Are permit fees and engineering included?

Agency review fees, permit charges, equipment, and field execution are separate.

What is the difference between standard and engineered plans?

The main differences are scale and site-specific detail. The 11 × 17 plan is not to scale and does not include all site-specific details. The 24 × 36 plan set is drawn to scale and includes details such as driveways, existing curbs, bus stop callouts, red curb callouts, and other features relevant to the work area.

What makes a plan complex or multi-phase?

This category addresses long-term temporary closures involving K-rail and/or road striping, with work phases and access needs coordinated in the plan. The price covers the agreed planning scope; supplying or installing K-rail and performing striping are separate field services.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

All plan sets include three rounds of revisions. Your estimate confirms the project scope and submittal support.

What determines the price?

The project location, work area, phases, drawing detail, agency requirements, and coordination or engineering review needed. Request a project-specific estimate so the proposal can define what is included.

Is a traffic stamp included in the starting price?

A traffic stamp, when required by the reviewing agency, is quoted separately as an additional service.
