Press & Media

This page provides official information, descriptions, and approved brand materials for referencing Public Ready in media, educational content, and third-party publications.

Planning Comes Before Field Execution

Temporary Traffic Control is a compliance process that starts before any field work begins. It begins with planning, documentation, and agency coordination so safety, access, and impacts can be reviewed in advance.

Public Ready operates in the upstream phases of that process. Traffic Control Plans (TCPs), supporting documentation, permit coordination, and agency submittals. Field setup and on-site traffic control labor are downstream implementation steps performed by separate execution providers under approved requirements.

Educational reference only. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and project conditions. Public Ready is not a public agency and does not issue approvals.

Phases of Temporary Traffic Control

1. Project intake (scope, location, constraints)

2. Planning + documentation (TCP and supporting exhibits)

3. Agency coordination (submittals, revisions, conditions)

4. Downstream implementation (field setup following approved requirements)

5. Closeout (removal, documentation as required)

Public Ready focuses on Phases 1 to 3.
